Thanks for your patience the last two days. At this time we have applied what is believed to be a permanent fix for the recent issue related to portal access. Testing is positive; however, our teams will be monitoring over the coming days to ensure the stability required. If you experience a problem, please contact our support team.

Update

We continue to see some reoccurrence of login issues. Our team is monitoring closely and is able to remediate any reoccurrence quickly, until full remediation is put in place overnight.

An adjustment has been made to relieve login issues; however, we anticipate the behavior may reoccur until full remediation is in place. Our team is actively working on this and we plan to complete the necessary work during tonight's maintenance window.
