We continue to see an issue accessing the Rightworks portal website. Our team is actively working to address. Users with active cloud sessions can continue to use their applications as normal. If you need to access the Rightworks portal or launch a new application, please use our backup site - https://backup.cloud.rightworks.com/login

Investigating

Some users are reporting issues with accessing the Cloud portal or being logged out of the portal with a message 'Your Session Expired'. Rightworks teams are working to identify and resolve these issues.

Impacted users are encouraged to access the backup portal site at https://backup.cloud.rightworks.com.

No impact to applications have been reported.
